100W Aluminum Power Metal Shell Case Wirewound Braking Resistors
Structure :
1.The resistors core components are made of insulating and high-temperature resistant materials as the resistors framework,evenly wound with high-quality alloy wires.
2.Metal aluminum shell potted with high insulation non-combustible electronic paste,so that the aluminum shell and the resistance core components are closely combined into a solid entity,not affected by external air,vibration and dust,high stability and thermal conductivity.
3.The aluminum shell is made of high-quality industrial 6063 aluminum,and the surface is high-temperature anodized to achieve attractive appearance and great heat dissipation.
Features
1.An aluminum encased consists of an alloy metal coil-type resistance element assembled into an aluminum enclosure.
2.Following high-temperature anodization,the enclosure is filled with a special non-flammable cement paste and after hardening. Insulation is applied through a high temperature process.
3.Since this component is embedded in the heat-proof cement, it is not affected by external mechanical force, and dusty environments.
